Setiap orang pribadi atau badan hukum yang mengajukan permohonan Regident Ranmor harus memenuhi persyaratan administratif umum yang meliputi :
a. formulir SPRKB;
b. identitas diri;
c. bukti pembayaran:
1. PKB dan/atau BBN-KB;
2. SWDKLLJ;
3. administrasi STNK dan/atau TNKB.
