(1) Masa tugas Konsul Kehormatan adalah 5 (lima) tahun.
(2) Menteri Luar Negeri Republik INDONESIA MENETAPKAN masa tugas Konsul Kehormatan terhitung mulai tanggal ditetapkannya Keputusan PRESIDEN.
