(1) Sertifikasi Benih sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 2 huruf b meliputi:
a. Sertifikasi Sumber Benih;
b. Sertifikasi mutu Benih; dan
c. Sertifikasi mutu Bibit.
(2) Sertifikasi Benih sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dilaksanakan oleh Balai atau UPTD sesuai dengan kewenangannya.
